Booking Policy: To book a service, clients must schedule appointments in advance through phone call at Pimpa (469) 966-6263. To secure your booking, full payment is required via Zelle to Pimpa Ruenjit at Red Rose Massage 469-966-6263 at the time of reservation. Your booking is not confirmed or guaranteed until the full amount has been received. We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid or partially paid bookings at our discretion. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Clients should arrive 10-15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and consultation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time to avoid inconveniencing other clients. Walk-in appointments are accepted based on availability, but we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice may be charged the full service fee. Cancellation requests can be made through phone call to Pimpa Ruenjit at (469) 966-6263 only. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of management. Waitlist Policy: If an appointment time is unavailable, clients have the option to join our waitlist. Clients on the waitlist will be notified via phone call if a preferred appointment time becomes available due to a cancellation or rescheduling. Clients must confirm their availability and accept the offered appointment within a specified timeframe to secure the booking. Waitlist requests are processed in the order they are received, and availability is not guaranteed. Clients who do not respond to waitlist notifications within the specified timeframe may forfeit their opportunity, and the appointment will be offered to the next client on the waitlist. By adhering to these policies, we aim to ensure efficient scheduling, minimize disruptions, and provide exceptional service to all our clients. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
